Privacy policy
Here we explain what personal data we process, why, for how long and what you can ask of us at any time. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Who processes your data on our behalf
We work with providers who act as processors and may only use your data following our instructions:
- Shopify: store platform and hosting
- Payment gateways: Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other methods available at checkout
- Carriers: to deliver your order
- Judge.me: review management
- Google, Meta and TikTok: analytics and advertising, only if you accept those cookies
- Email and internal management providers: to send you communications and handle administration
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to N1.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., TikTok Technology Limited and Google Ireland Ltd., as well as Shopify. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, with additional safeguards where necessary.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability at any time, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions. Write to us at info@n1gloves.com stating which right you want to exercise; we'll reply within one month at most.
If you're not satisfied
You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid · aepd.es. We'd appreciate it if you wrote to us first: it's almost always sorted in one email.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: site encryption, access restricted to authorized staff and providers with contractual safeguards. Your card details are never stored on our systems: they're handled directly by the payment gateway.
7. Minors
You must be over 14 to buy in this store. If the user is a minor, they must do so with the consent of their parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we process your data, we'll update this page and the review date. If the change is significant, we'll let you know by email.
