N1 is a goalkeeper brand made by goalkeepers. From our warehouse in Spain we ship goalkeeper gloves, technical apparel and training gear to most European countries, and behind every order there's someone who has played between the posts. That's why this help center isn't a form: it's the same information we give on WhatsApp every day, organized so you can find it in a minute.

If you're buying gloves, start with the size guide: the right size grips better, lasts longer and saves you an exchange. Then the cut guide tells you whether your hand calls for a negative, hybrid roll-negative, roll finger or flat cut, and the technologies explain which German latex palm fits your schedule: UGT+ II and Contact Grip for competing, SSG PRO for training and playing, SSG in the Kids range and DuraTech to get started.

FAQs

How do I know my goalkeeper glove size?

Measure your open hand from the second wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger and compare with the size chart. Between two sizes, go for the larger one. The size guide has a calculator that does it for you.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders without personalization confirmed before 14:00, Monday to Friday, ship the same day from our warehouse in Spain. Mainland Spain receives them in 24 h; Portugal and the Balearic Islands in 2–3 business days; the rest of the European Union in 3–4 days. Details are in shipping information.

Can I exchange the size if I get it wrong?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to exchange the size or return any unused product, with its tags and in its original packaging; gloves without the palm's protective film and personalized gloves can't be returned. In mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal size exchanges are free: we pay shipping both ways, and you handle it through our returns portal. From all other countries, exchange shipping is on you: message us and we'll send the new size as soon as we receive yours. If you return a product because you no longer want it, we also pay return shipping in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal; from all other countries, you pay it. Can personalized gloves be returned?

Gloves personalized with a name or number are made exclusively for you and can't be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects. Used products and gloves with the protective film removed can't be returned either. That's why we recommend confirming the size before personalizing.

What's the difference between UGT+ II, Contact Grip and DUO Grip palms?

They're three German latex formulas: UGT+ II (4 mm) is the Pro palm with maximum grip; Contact Grip (4+4 mm) is the softest, with almost the same grip. Contact Grip and UGT+ II are the palms that perform best in the wet. DUO Grip (double layer) balances grip and durability, and is the longest-lasting adult palm. We explain it in N1 technologies.

How do I care for my gloves so they last?

Pre-wash them before first use, dampen them before playing, wash them in cold or lukewarm water with mild soap or detergent, without wringing, and dry them away from sun and heat. It's all in the glove care guide.
