We ship from our warehouse in Spain. To Austria it arrives in 3–4 business days from dispatch, and shipping is free on orders over 100 €.
When your order ships
Madrid time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day. Orders with name or number personalization need 1 more business day before shipping.

Delivery times are in business days from when the order leaves the warehouse. You'll see the exact cost for your address in the cart before paying. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, paid by the recipient at customs in their country.
Canary Islands: we ship with Correos. Orders to the Canary Islands ship without VAT; IGIC and any customs clearance fees are paid by the recipient.
Tracking and delivery
We work with trusted carriers and all shipments are insured. When your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking number so you know where it is at all times. If you're not home, the carrier will try again or leave you a notice.
Shipping protection
Shipping protection is optional and costs 2,95 €. It covers damage, loss or theft in transit: if any of these happens, N1 reships your order at no cost. You can add it in the cart before paying.

Orders confirmed before 14:00 (Madrid time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day from our warehouse in Spain. Orders confirmed later, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Personalized orders need 1 more business day.
How long does it take?

Shipping to Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or Azores?
Yes. Shipping to the Canary Islands costs 9,90 €, with no free shipping, and arrives in 5–7 business days from dispatch. We also ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores: check with us on WhatsApp or email before ordering and we'll confirm cost and time.
Shipping outside the European Union?
Yes, shipping outside the EU costs from 12,99 € by country. Import taxes and duties may apply, paid by the recipient at customs in their country.
